I would like to propose a partition of the GD as discussed in my "blah, blah, shitty forums waaaaah" thread over in the GD.
A major problem with the GD is clutter. No matter what you're looking for, you're gonna have trouble finding it because of all the shit in the way. I, however, have a plan to help reduce the clutter!
Step 1: eliminate the GD, but archive the old threads on the website.
Step 2: Create 3 new forums.
Mob Races
Off Topic
Game Related.
Step 3: find what you're looking for without reading a bunch of useless shit!

I have to disagree with this. If at all, make these three forums you mentioned, keep the GD forum, and put the GD forum on the bottom of the types of forums listed in the 'forum' section of the the TW home page when tapped on.
My best guess to do anything about the GD situation people talk about is to simple change the order of the types of forumsisted when 'forum' on the TW homepage for the app is clicked on. Make GD the last listed forum. That might help filter out some issues by making other forums listed and new players that commonly make these threads some people dislike are not seen first so other forums get it more than the commonly used GD.

That's an intriguing suggestion. While that may save is from some 8 year olds and some trolls, I'm not entirely sure how it'll cut out some of the clutter that we're experiencing on the GD.
-
I agree with why it should be done, but now how. What about if there was a remove button at the top of each thread. If 100 people clicked it, it would be removed.

Well, the GD is on the top and is used the most. The GD was put on the top forum since it applied to most people the most so it was put on top for a quick tap to get to the GD. Well, many new players find the forums, click the first forums without reading anything and post whatever they want and some is pretty unwanted by players such as you. If I was new I might have done the same thing, not thinking of reading anything, click the first forum and just have a new learning experience. Well, the result is usually their annihilation for something they simply could not understand and 95% of the time they are never told what they did wrong. That doesn't help them now does it?That's an intriguing suggestion. While that may save is from some 8 year olds and some trolls, I'm not entirely sure how it'll cut out some of the clutter that we're experiencing on the GD.

By making the ICF on too and GD on bottom, other less used forums would get some clutter. ICF is used the most but threads disappear in two minutes and not many serious players use it.
And most players never use the forums. Thousands of new players never find the forums and most of the time when they do I bet they never post or go straight to the ICF when they browse the types of forums. The majority that use the other forums and post something like threads are often frowned upon.

I don't see the point in creating two whole new forums devoted entirely to trolling.
And get rid of the GD? I can't see that happening. -

You do realize the point of the GD forum is for us to socialize with each other publicly right? You do realize this is at least half the reason conflicts occur? It is a crucial aspect to make the game work. We get to know each other. For better or worse. We team up or try to hinder each other based on negative opinions and feelings we have. GD being annoying sometimes is important.

I still say that a better solutiOn is to implement a tag system for forums and a search/filter system based o those tags

They could implement tags as options. You pick from a list. Tags can be added or removed from the listed depending on need by the devs.ℍӭℜʘî€👿ℬє₳ṩƬ🔫🔴🌆 wrote:

Some tags I see that can be implemented are as follows:
Off Topic
Games
Contest/Race (Mob Race)
General
HealthThese are just examples of The predetermined tags the devs can implement
-
👆 also you can make it should you can only pick 1 tag for your thread (maybe 2 depending on how long and specific the list of tags are)

Does anyone here frequent another forums website?

Vet only forum

JUST MORE THREADS PLEASE GENERAL IS TOO GENERAL. Traffic is too high.
