Once you have clicked on a turf there should be a refresh button on the top bar, its annoying if you want to attack it but you have to go to the doctor then click off the turf and back on it

This is needed. It is a daily inconvenience to me, and I want to save my time...

When refreshing for mob attack, I press the blue "EMERGENCY ROOM". Takes me straight to the emergency room to heal then press the back arrow at the top which takes me back to the fight screen. Doesn't really take that long.

They mean when you cap a turf you have to go to the ER then back to the map and then back on the turf.
