Winner 0-10k
Winner 10,001-20k
Winner 20,001-30k
Winner 30,001-40k
Winner 40,001-50k
Winner 50,001-60k
Gives people motivation to mob up, because a lot less people are in say, 30-40k than 0-10k

I didnt include 60,001-70k because MD would win every week. He could be included with 40-50k until 10+ people have 60k

To avoid inactives there should be a new button somewhere "i want to participate in weekly lottery". Maybe even buy a 'ticket' for 1 don point, so the option is created at the don rewards.

That way you have to press it once a week if you want to have a chance.

No mob limit imo...
