If an account has been untouched for x amount if months all turfs for that account should become available for capture, this could be don't by cranking up the influance

I've suggested a clock timer, which shows how long since each player has logged on, I personally leave a pm and of course I don't get many replies!!

But at least even a lower player can feel they could capture that turf even if they lose and won't face repricusions.
