Offline your weapons so you don't have to pay the upkeep fees, just a way of helping building up funds for those of us that don't have billions sitting in the bank

Yes but that would make them useless and you extremely vulnerable. I wouldn't use this feature.

Those of us with billions got there while paying the upkeep 24/7. Your plan would just turn us into trillionaires.
