Vote for suggestions

How about a "Like👍/Dislike👎"
option in the suggestions forum so we can vote on them. Unpopular suggestions will be deleted and popular ones considered. It would make it easier for the developers too.

Then it becomes a forum popularity contest, would you really want the "forum players" uniting and having a collective say on what stays? I sure as hell wouldn't... 😒

But I like to give an opinion with arguments as to why it is a bad idea, how do I refute 100 yes' when I don't know why they said yes.

If there's 100 yes's then it's most probably a good idea. You can still post but it will just have a tally going on the votes.
