As Capo of any city, you should have the option to use your police influence to protect other ppl in your mob, or give them a discount for protection. It shouldn't automatically do it though, just have the option. Like if me and a friend help each other take over a city, I should be able to protect him from the cops when I'm capo. And if I wanna be a dick and not protect him, I have that option too.

Your supposed to have as much mob as you can get. How would this be helpful If everyones in your mob?

no I'm not sayin anything about howany mob you have. Just like if you are capo, you should have the option to protect ppl from the cops in your city.
