Fight list randomizer

Playing in Canberra is pretty repeditive because the same people keep popping up in the fight list. If you can still fight people miles away by trawling through the map it shouldn't make to much of a difference to increase the proximity on the list.

I know this has probably been mentioned before but just wanted to throw my 2 cents in
