Bigger capos

I think you should be able to be the capo of more than just a city. I'm sayin ou can be the capo of a county, then a state or province, then a country, then a continent, and then the world!
I like this because of a few reasons

1. Awesome bragging rights
2. Have free police protection in that entire area.

For example, you can be the capo of new York and you have some turfs in places you are not the capo. But since you are the capo of that state you still get the police protection.
