Alright here is the thread for discussion regarding the new vendettas beta. Talk about your likes, dislikes, bugs & such.

So I've been using the beta since I got invited and I still haven't figured it out. So I got like 7 people "strong people" in my vendetta but everytime I attack someone on our vendetta list I lose! Not only that but I'm the only one that seems to be attacking from the results screen. I even lose to people weaker than me with no vendetta group? So I assume everyone in the vendetta has to be in range to attack the person or it won't work? What's the deal here

It hasn't even been up 24hrs. How can you use a vendetta attack?

Clef- if you're the only one attacking, that probably means the others haven't accepted your invite yet. Check in your vendetta, if their names are still orange, their invites are still pending.
Also, there can only be up to 3 people in a vendetta, so only the first 2 to accept will be in. However, I believe that if one (or both) of them should choose to leave your vendetta, the remaining invites will still be valid & someone else can join in.
Anyone, if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.
Oh & yes, everyone must be in range if the target. And make sure you're only inviting other people who are participating in the beta. You can find the list of players participating in nick's thread in the beta version of the forum.

I see, so they accepted I checked their profile and it list them as being in the vendetta but their name was still orange. Also doesn't explain why I was lossing to people weaker than me? Does just being in a vendetta make me weaker 1v1?

Not being in a vendetta won't affect your combat power at all - it's the same calculation as it is in the main game. Also, I'm seeing no one in your vendetta, so they won't be showing up in your combat until they accept.

The beta isn't closed, we're just not showing it to everyone anymore since some people got confused. If you want to participate, there's a signup thread in the General Discussion forum.

Ok thanks for clearing that up. I think I figured it out. So being in a vendetta and attacking someone I targeted alone will calculate it as normal. I must of just gotten unlucky with the attack. Still I wish there was some way of telling if certain members of the vendetta won't be in range of an attack
