Is there really not a single location left to build turf at San Francisco airport? The airport radiuses need to be expanded and/or remove the "near a road" restriction when building inside an airports radius.

Players blockade airports it's a valid tactic in wars to stop other alliances get into the countries. Those blockading the airports would just expand and fill up the gaps.
