Just a thought I had although I'm not sure on the exact details.
The basics idea is that when you receive loot from a mission you get the option of two equivalent loot items.
For example I do a mission an receive loot instead of being granted loot I get the option to pick between two choices.
A good example would be an espresso shot or a police map. Players at war might like the shot, players who hop would like the map this way different playing styles could be more defined and players can set themselves up to play a certain way as opposed to relying on luck and certain loot never being utilised.

Things like turf upgrades or more specifically union bosses,tunnels and DC could be equivalent to machetes, chainsaws,etc so whilst the chance of getting certain types of loot (common,uncommon,etc) remains the same people could choose and implement their own playing style better.

I don't knw about this. Takes a bit of the randomness put of loot. Not entirely sure if I like it.

Yeah but no point in having loads of espressos if you hop and no point having maps if your over limit.
I didn't say to cherry pick loot I said an option of say two which may be garrote or Galesi but could equally be union boss or suits.
Just a suggestion and it does makes sense even If you don't agree, I'm not sure I agree just something to be considered 👍

Or you could have an option between offensive loot and defensive loot (maps armour ect)
