Flaw or not?

If a players health is too low you can't attack them, or thier mob. But if you attack thier turf while they are in the emergency room they still get protection of thier full mob.

Thoughts anyone?

Insightful. However, I disagree. I think there should be SOME aspect or strategy in this game that makes health relevant. This also could open up strategy for smaller players trying to take back thier turf from smaller players.
