It would be a lot better for knowing when someone replys to your post then having to check it regularly. Notify the player in the "news" tab/section.

There is a whole app dedicated to that. It's called Facebook. It sends you alerts whenever someone post on your thread or your wall. May I suggest you consider spending more time there that's here?
