Capturing turf

I find capturing turf way too easy. Trish has taken like 15 of my turfs in just a few days and thats close to all the turfs i have. He/she is 20 levels above me with 400 more mobsters and i dont stand a chance to his relentless takeovers even with defense upgrades. Home turf should have a defense bonus or sumthing to make capturing harder

There are ways to prevent take over. See who's attacking then lower you influance to less then 10%. Or simply move turf away or reduce individual turf influance to 50% of ones right by yours

so i could capture turf then downgrade it and my attacking turf to an inf of 41 or lower and they cant get captured by a player whose close turfs are 84's?

Correct, but they could lower their's to 82 and get it. It's a tricky balance for them, though, because if they lower too far, they become too far away. Staying under 10% of her total influence and building your mob is your best bet.
Not much else you can do until the combat/turf system is expanded.

I think there should be a daily capturing limit per attacker to victim and based on the influence of the victim. The attacker can capture X amount from a player per 24 hours. For example, Influence >500 1 allowable. 501-1000 2 allowable and so on That provides fairness to the weaker mobs, and challenges stronger mobs to attack a larger selection of people not just the easy ones.
And given the turf limitation it would discourage hording and inspire larger mobs to build brand new turf in new locations.

Build your turfs in a smarter way. Daisy chain them, then sell a couple in the middle so they can't get link captured. Limitting capturing destroys the game for the higher levels. We played hard and early to get where we are. Capturing turf is all we can do now.
