People hide from their enemies with the 1000 mile rule too much. You should be able to attack anyone.

You know what else is dumb? The location based nature of the game. Too many people hide their turfs where they can't be captured (by me). So dumb.

ideas 1: pay the don 15 respect point to attack someone far from your location
or.......
Idea 2: pay the don cash
-- newbies (under level 20) 500k
--level 20 - 25 pays 1m
--level 25 - 35 pays 2m
--level 35 - 45 pays 3m
--level 46 - 55 pays 4m
--level 56 - 65 pays 5m
--level 66 - 70 pays 10m**
--level 71 - 79 pays 500m**
--level 80 - 100 pays 1.5 b**
-- **top 20 riches mobster overall 5.5b
