Hopping through unclaimed lands could give you a massive list of new capo titles. And since turfs used for hopping are mostly temporary it will be just too much for the game to follow how much capo titles you gain/lose.

Is there not quite a few delays already? I understand what your saying but its not like the whole list of players is in the top, I don't think it would fluctuate that much.
