Following on from recent threads regarding capo's I reckons the following should be implemented to make capo's purposeful:

1) capo gets a 2% income bonus of all of the turf they have in that area.
2) Ability to broadcast a message to everyone in that area, limited to once every thirty days.
3) possible defence/attack bonus of 2% (if the coding isn't too difficult).
4) ability to plant turf anywhere within the capo boundaries (not sure in this one?)
5) level 50 minimum requirement as these benefits would then be competed for.

Any other ideas add to this thread 👍

Once every thirty days is a bit small. What if the city was being attacked like the war at Beijing airport? Once every week, if the capo isn't trolling, sending code lists, or being annoying or vulgar.

Suppose so, as said just general ideas 👍 if he was he could be capped by players in the local area 😉

The time could reset every time the capo changes

1) the percentage should vary between how many turfs in the area, like airports 100 turfs 1.5%. town 10-30 turfs 1.75%, small town 0-10 2%. or something similar.
2) every week however no code list or pointless random words and letter combanation. And worst of all no Juno wallet advertisement. There should be a ban go breaking these rules.
3) I agree.
4) maybe can plant a little further in the area. (maybe this will make it to easy to hop when you cross areas with no players in the area).

By #1, do u mean that they get 2%more for just their income, or a 2% tax for everyone else who is in the area to the capo.

Just he turf they own, some areas are hugely populated and vast and the capo would earn too much IMO if it was all turf see NY or London.

I find #4 wrong. If someone were capo of Walmart let's say, it would be unfair to them because there are people who own New York.

What about a bonus loot crate every time you get a new capo and you get a tax from others in the area.
