It may have happened to you it (hasn't happened to me,) but many people have complained about being banned without them knowing why. The devs should send you a message
Explaining why they have banned you. I don't beleve this has been suggested.

They should read the TOS but I doesn't mean they will understand why they got banned maybe a short message saying.
You posted a code in the general disscusion forum, it has been deleted and you will now receive a ban for a day. Or maybe give a warning if it looks like an accident.

Actually, if they sent a message to every player banned, they would be sending more messages than if they just responded to questions asked. Not everyone that gets banned obsesses over the reason. Plus, they don't even need to have a reason.

Well it could just be in the box that pops up when you try to post

I just got back from a suspension. I wanted to know why so I didn't repeat the fault. I did get a pm from support explaining why, so thank you. However, it took me awhile to work out which post it was. I had read TOS, it turned out it was just a stupid mistake when trying to be helpful.

I think it is important to know the reason for the suspension to help improve people's game play. Maybe refer them to the section in TOS they have breached.

If they can't understand the TOS, then they shouldn't be playing.

This is most ridiculous comment I have ever known from such a sensible player. ToS are legal document and therefore not written in the most user friendly language. Moreover, they are so wide and open to interpretation that it would not give any meaningful assistance in knowing reason for a ban. I have been banned for 3 months for what I can only assume was upsetting Nick. I have asked for reasons and evidence in support and never received any explanation other than I am an ass! Well as true as that may be still left me guessing as to why. If you went to court and judge said you've lost your case and i going to remove your driving licence from you without informing you of what offence you had committed you would have every right to be little upset. Nonetheless, for a 24 hour ban not sure it's that big an issue - 3 months with no explanation or evidence in support was little more irritating.👍

I got banned, then found my mistake, corrected it and replyed to feedback apologising. I could post again in a day.
