Minimum requirements for Capo
Forums › Suggestions & Feedback › Minimum requirements for Capo-
You know I like capos. But I lose more capo to newbies then any other players.
The issue is that if a player is under level 50 we can't just take their turfs I have to plant more if I want to keep the capo.
There should be a minimum requirement of level 50 to own a capo. I have no problem giving a capo away to someone who puts the efford. When asked nicely I will usually give a capo to a player with 10k mobs. -
Agreed. Even though I don't have 10k mob I have 2 capo titles I intend to keep.

Sounds like an idea. I remember planting 2 turfs by my job at level 5 and taking a capo from someone. He wasnot happy lol

I like this idea. I accidently took a few shopping center capos from a very large player before I even knew what they were. Needless to say I don't have them anymore.

How about rural areas and places with no other players it would be annoying not being able to be a capo in that circumstance.

You don't get it! In order to have the most influence in an area you should be able to cap the guy who takes it from you but you can't do that when they are bellow level 50. All you can do is beat their turfs everyday or put more. And then you have the newbie who quit before they reach level 50.But that's not what capo is about its about having the most influence in a city not about mob level or wealth requirements
-
This eliminates the idea for "anyone can take capo" and also that it encourages leveling up
-
Ehhh I just gave up my capo hunting ways I lost 150 capos to noobs it is annoying 😒 but I'm not in the business of killing every noob around me
-
If a noob takes your capo, level their turf and ask them to give the capo back.

Me and my standard messages. I have one for everything. Here the one for capos;
"Hi, I don't believe that any player should have a capo before they reach level 50. So you have 2 choice; Move your turfs or I'll level and cover them until you do! Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask." -

Level 50
3-5k mob
5k overall influence -
Mr. Doux I apologize for taking your Capo of...riverdale area if I'm not mistaken.
What are the requirements to be capo? I'm still not sure. -

There's is not rule requirement to own a capo. But in my opinion and a few other you shouldn't have a capo until at least level 50. Also a minimum influences and mobs could be another criteria.Mr. Doux I apologize for taking your Capo of...riverdale area if I'm not mistaken.

Disagree. Capos help keep new players interested. Imo capos are more for new players anyways

when people hop they usually tear the turf down anyway so the big hopping player may only have the capo for like 10 minutes until they tear there turf down againBAT SMURF wrote:

Yep agreed B. Any Capo I've ever had has been purely accidental. When players take a capo and message to appologize I tell em keep it. But what's with players that actually think they own a particular capo. Capo's do NOT have names written on them nor are they set in stone !!!Disagree. Capos help keep new players interested. I agree with 👉💩$ℌⅈ₮ $₮ṏℜℳ💩💨
Capo's do NOT have names written on them nor are they set in stone !!
There are small towns with big players who are Capps. And they have that capo title because of one turf they planted that has an 86-90 influence. Another player comes in (meeting said requirements) and places 2 turfs, each with 86 influence and is the new capo. Ex-capo then goes ballistic and sends threatening PMs and attacks you (not the turf, because they are too lazy to hop closer) until you give them their title back.
Maybe I am in the minority here, but if you want the capo title so badly, build more turf, don't just expect to keep the title because you had it first. -
There are strategic advantage in owning a capo it's part of the game. For example a 1 influence capo can alert you of anyone hoping in the area. And when a newbies settle in it screws up that capo and there's nothing you can do about it. With larger capo you can monitor the activities since many players communicate with the capo with any local issues.
