Since the post of sin has been erased here is the global idea:
- when adding a member to a v that member must have a mobsize of at least 10% of the largest member and cannot exceed *10 of the smallest member
- as addition to the previous when they arr allowed to be in a v they act as 10% of the largest playee in cap range and cap limit.. -
Why? It adds stradgy

This is to avoid small uncappable mob players (120mob) to spam an area with sometimes hundreds of turf after which they swiftly join a vendetta with very large players (30k+) and cap a whole area clean and there is nothing u can do about it...

The small mob players are only capable when they have entered a vendetta and have turf larger then 1 inf. If the spam occures during the night the small player will join a vendetta during the night after that and is able to cap hundreds of turf of of various players before anyone can cap turf back. This happend in berlin, hongkong, and different other places..
