It would be nice if each player had a post count on the forum and had reputation like for example: they would have one color for good rep and another for bad rep and other players can rep eachother. Also more the rep you have (good rep) more you give when you rep somebody.

This is not Facebook. People have reputations. Some are liked by many disliked by a few. Some are liked by few and disliked by many. But it is up to the individuals as to who they do and do not like.
