Inspired by Mama Tek's suggestions...

How about this:

Hookers as loot.

When you win one, you get income from them, BUT you get diminishing health. 3 or 4 points an hour.

You can sell the hookers, but they keep coming back. This could lead to a turf upgrade: The Clinic. Having a clinic would cut the health to 1 or 2 points a day, but bring in more income.

And you could add a related mission: Open a Brothel. Requirements: 1 clinic, 2 hookers for ameteur and increase the requirements as the mission promotes.

Great ideas to increase income of your turf like in all the mafia movies. We can allready get collection money so it would be great to have other income streams
