Change the sub-title

The Suggestions & Feedback sub-title should be changed to "Make suggestions to improve the game."

👍 the current sub title for it is a little strange lol. Doesn't really fit. Would make sense to change it to what you suggested.

It makes sense but in a weird way. Help the Don help you take over your city. Help the Don(offer new things) help you(new things benefit you) take over your city
