...that players that someone traveling and somebody using airports both receive a penalty.
If the penalty is going to stay there should be a inf/cash bonus of some sort for turf planted using GPS.

Dunno, seems fair to me.
Maybe if hopping would receive the same penalty that would even things out if your looking after that.

How? Should there not be some benefit to going somewhere especially with the ability to travel 5000 miles instantaneously?

They fixed the gps defense thing before. Idk if it is meant to be back or not. I think there shouldn't be a defense penalty for going somewhere in rl. Leave everything else the same.
