I have no idea if this has been posted but you know hench men or mob members you invite l think you should be able to make like a mob tree such as your the "don" and you can make a person your consigliere and your made men and your "capos" soto speak promotions that you give out to your mob that have certain advantages and disadvantages to it. If you like or dislike this Idea please share your thoughts.⬇⬇⬇

I think you should be able to name and organise groups.
Eg.

You- Boss
....- Second-in-charge
Etc.

👍I agree you would have to loot people for different positions that would provide bonuses.

Boss: You
Right hand man: John, 3% money from jobs. There could be a lot with different bonuses.
Food providers: cannoli guy, energy regenerates 3% faster.
Coffee machine, stamina regenerates 3% faster.

There could be many jobs with many bonuses the better the bonus the rarer it is.
