A forum for each city where events would be posted such as who created new turf, who attacked/capped what turf, as well as allowed anyone with turf in that city to post to. The capo, and only the capo, should have the ability to set the city forums welcome message.

There are too many cities. It would also be a complete overload to list all that information.

Whys that? There are dating websites with forums based on city location. The game already tracks your location just incorporate that into the forums. Make it a certain radius that each player selects

I Like the general idea behind this but I think anything more than states will just give us a clustered list of forums noone will ever use

This was discussed before on another thread. I think the conclusion was a breakdown by countries because it would be too complex otherwise.

That info is stored on the internet. Not a small limited gig device.
