I was thinking of putting 'training sessions' in.
2 or more people would join, they all get XP and maybe loot by the end. But they would also lose 10%(or so) of their defense -
More detail please.

Like a vendetta, on your profile, there would be a button reading
'Training'
You would invite another person (max. 5) to complete training sessions. During these, the mob members completing the training would earn you XP and might earn you loot (1-10% chance). During this training session, your total defense would weaken by 10% and attack by 5%. This effect would discontinue after the training session is over.
After training, there would be a short spike of attack and defense.
I was thinking of day training sessions (24h) -
This sounds like a good idea. Maybe put in different levels of training? Something like...
Level 1: 5% chance of loot. Attack/Defense weakened 5%
Level 2: 15% chance of loot, Attack/Defense lowered by 15%
Level 3: 30% chance of loot, attack/Defense lowered by 30%
And each level takes a different length of time. 8, 16, and 24 hours? Also, each level would have more XP gained than the previous.
Either way, good idea, it's something new. I like it

Sounds fairly pointless to me. Normal missions give us those things without losing defense. And why the hell do we want mor xp anyways? I don't know about you guys but my dream os to be reset to level one with everything i currently have

Why dramabot? upkeep hurts ESP at lvl 1 and the crappy weapons can be bought back anyways. If u ask me that's pointless. As of training sessions it should only be allowed for lvls 1-30 :) I like the idea!

Why would I want my level reset? Because I could level back up to vendetta standards in a day. I would have a capture limit of about 8 against me and could ravage anywhere with no one able to stop me. That's why

Or instead, you could earn cash. The main idea is for someone to gain loot and level up. It's your choice.

Maybe training sessions gives you a chance to loot henchmen instead of xp??
You can only do each level once though.
