A rare loot that you use on another player without them knowing when they get a loot via mission it is sent to the player who put the loot on them their is a 66% chance it will say like people known to work with(player name) were seen or something theirs also a 50-50 chance it could fail only one can be one a player at once (you cant stack them on someone) when the loot works or dosnt work it has a news message you attempted to steal a (loot) and failed or you stole a (loot) and sucsceded

That helps! I'm not into the stealing loot idea. I think it's plenty that loot can be capped. It's also spelled "thieves" or "thief."

Yeah lol. I had to read this one about 5 times to figure it out. One of the harder for me.
