Say you want to logout for whatever reason. So another person with you who forgot their ipod/iPhone can log in to your iPod to check their turfs or whatever, then they can log off and you then can login.

Real life situation, I made one on my ipad cuz it had more memory, so my friend wanted one so he made one on my iPod, well the iPod is more portable so I would like to switch them around. You know so I have the account on my iPod and he has it on the ipad.

You are only allowed to have one account on one device. You cannot log out of a device one you have logged in.
