Use Don points to Purchase a pass from the godfather that will erase the 24hr cap limit. One for normal capping and one for being inside a V. 500 points for normal and 750 points if its used with a V.

Does the pass last forever? Or do you need to buy it like once a week?

I was thinking one time use. at least 24 hrs. Same amount of time of the restriction.

No the 24 hour rule is there to protect people from being capped out of an entire city my some new guy in a single day without any warning. It should never be able to be removed.

The rule and laws can be bought ... And if you pay enough money people can be taken out of a city. So what? Sounds like a mob move to me. Players are capped out of cities all the time, its not preventing that. And this is a suggestion forum and it was a suggestion. Half baked or not the suggestion is there and ultimately nick decides the details of it and likely will fine tune anything he thinks is good enough to incorporate into the game anyway.

Its already that way.... Not changing anything there. The person that spend the most time an money dedicated to the game wins..... Nothing new there.

Interesting idea. To refine it perhaps you'd have to select only one of your targets and their v defense would obviously still work against you. They're also protected by cap limit as usual. Nice to "give them the slip" just once. 😜👍

I'd also say the pass lasts only 24 hrs so you're not going ever get more than CL from your target.
