Why don't we make a forum for technical issues. It could be called technical issues and it would help us keep such things out of other forums

+1. This was suggested before. Nick promised he'd implement it. But idk. Maybe he doesn't care if we have problems or not.

I think this is a great idea! Feedback may take a while to reply to your messages, and having a forum regarding such issues may be answered by players who have experienced such problems before.
How come nobody suggested this before? This is genius!

Firstly, I understand the original sarcasm and agree wholeheartedly with Belial. Secondly, I maintain that 90% of technical questions could actually be resolved in a matter of minutes by throwing it out to the TW community.
Also, it was a valuable tool to check first before logging a post to feedback, tying up their time. Sometimes other players had already experienced your problem and had established a fix negating the need of the devs to step in. Given past history, I'm sure they are now on a daily basis sending form letter style replies to player's questions like: "I can't loot Brens", "Why can I only heal my turf so much" etc.

Agree whole heartedly. And I myself would always check tech forum first. It would give me am idea if the glitch I was experiencing was isolated or an epidemic. Then after checking there or making a thread I'd message support.

I might be missing something but don't such topics (technical issues) fall under the Help section of the forums?

Not really. Help is more for strategy. Apparently the devs think they do now so learning the game shall take backstage to such important topics as "it doesn't let me use my bazookas"
