When you send an invite, on the confirmation popup (where it says "success", "already invited", "already in mob"), make the players name a link to their profiles.

I'd love to be able to see the people I'm adding to my mob, eithe to say welcome to the game, sometimes they have funny/interesting names I'd like to say something. I think it would help promote a little more interaction as well.
