No refreshing when switching back to app

Sometimes I write really long answers to people and often I've got to calculate. I really don't want whole my text to just disappear when I switch back to Turf Wars from the calculator. It is really annoying to type an answer for more than 10 minutes and when the whole thing disappears because of the refreshing. Please fix this...

You could add a refresh button so you can refresh whenever you want. That would solve the problem.

I hate when this happens too! I've gotten to where if I'm going to type anything that's long, I type it in the notes app first. That goes for forum posting & PM's.

Along the refreshing lines, it drives me nuts when I'm going through my turf, checking income & the list refreshes! It would be nice to have a button that stops it from refreshing for some predetermined time, like 30 min. It's probably not practical at all, but any solution would be nice.

Is it just me or has the map refreshing been pretty bad as well? When zooming in on heavily turfed areas it takes awhile. Also when scrolling it refreshes slow.
