That seems a little to long I've been playing this game 1 month and I fully understand it but it is a good idea maybe 3 weeks.

I've been playing for over a year and I learn new things everyday.. But I'm sure you are a genius so you understand everything perfectly after a month. And this wouldn't stop you from posting ideas. You would just have to go through an older player to post it for you. If its something thats been posted 1,000 tikes then they would not post it. But I am sure you know all about everything that's best for this game and fully know how each and everyone of your suggestions will effect this game. You know since you've been playing for a whole month.
