I think that in addition to every one else's post on casinos, you should have to have turf at an actual casino (or any other big gambling place) on order to do them then it would be sort of like airports

People have suggested mini games ok so in order to do the gambling ones that people want you have to place turf at a casino (like having turf at an airport) and then you could play the mini games

I don't like this idea...this can keep many people from experiencing a major feature (should casinos get implemented) of the game...

Just like people constantly get capped out of airports, people could/would get capped our of casinos. Airports sole purpose is to allow u to hop large distances so it make sense somewhat to cap in and put of an airport. It doesn't make sense to get capped our of a casino...

Plus as orhers said there are cities with no airports and countries with no airports or casinos...it'd be totally unfair to those people.

I think casinos just be universal. Like missions

That's a lottery not gambling. In gambling u have a chance to lose. In a lottery u don't lose anything; u only have a chance to win something (at least the lottery system of loot in this game)
