Player mods

Having players being able to flag comments and if they do hood enough or whatever I think this parts ok but you could have them directed to you like there mods but the downfall people might just flag for no reason but If they flag for no reason and u see Thebes done it multiple times reset em but give em warnings as well

there is a report button, but community backlash is more effective than the report button.
