I've recently been battling with someone in my area for the "capo" title.. While this has been going on, our properties have been generating about 20k/hr, but now it's been settled and there's no competition in the area as he's been wiped out, my incomes dropped to 9.5k surely this is the wrong way round ??? If there's no competition in the area, a capo can charge what he wants on his turf and not have to be competetive with anyone else !! So instead, I think there should be a 25% INCREASE if there's no competition in the area !!!!! What do you all think ?????

I like the system - need to consider how much you want to dominate. If you want a reasonable income you need to strke a balance
