I'm so far in the negatives, $ wise, that I don't think I could ever get back up to the point where I could actually be able to plant turf. I only have 4 turf left and will probably lose my last ones soon. I'm losing money at like 2mil an hour.

Don't reset. That's the fools way. Sell all your upkeep weapons and switch to kevlars, galesi, and meat cleavers temporarily for protection when you get money. If you're at war with someone lay low for a while and just keep punching codes. Run missions or attack players to earn extra cash. I'm pretty sure you're strong enough to capture some turfs if need be. Also, feedback forgives debts based on what I've heard. So don't be afraid to look through that. But if you want to reset I'm not stoping you, though just have fun punching all your codes all over again.
