I think that if a mobster is on the Top Mob List for fights, they should be able to be attacked from all distances up until they are no longer on the list. Other thoughts?

Well if your going to be a top fighter should you not have to fight all contenders?

But then where's the motivation to be on that list if your going to be attacked many times over?
