I think the player with the V, makes the offer (can be as high as he wants) and the other player has to agree on it. No level involved, or mob involved. Nick should at least consider this idea. For some vets money has become useless. But now they can spend their billions of $ on V's.
You could benifet greatly from this ray.

Because not everyone in-game is able to make the right friends that can help. This introduces a formal help system that's available to everyone, every size. And it also gives in-game cash a chance to spread throughout the economy.
That's why people advertise their services in the V forum. Not everyone only joins V's of friends.

That's my point. If there's players willing to offer their time, stamina, efforts in a v they should be paid for it. It'd encourage a lot more players to participate in v fighting.
