The top board has a minimum 10k fights before anyone appears but once a country filter is applied this minimum is removed.

I think there should be a minimum but lower than 10k e.g. 2.5k

Actually for country it's 1k. 5k sounds good

Keep it low for state- I like being no 7 in Georgia
