Minimum requirement for Capo

I think there should be a minimum requirement such as a level 50 or so many mobs or influences. My issue is that many comes to the local capo for advices or rules and anyone can be a capo at the moment without any game experiences. There are also some capo that a new player under level 50 can take from a bigger player, and the bigger player can't take back by capping the smaller player. So, our only options are diplomacy or to cover the smaller player... I want my capo back!!!

Ive seen a level 46 with 6 mob level doesnt give you experience.

Any system will be imperfect. Look at all the different ways countries are governed/dictated. Whilst it is imperfect, if a senior player does not believe someone is deserving of the capo then they can take it off them.

I agree with this how can a person hold a capo only by default......... Maybe it could made so that turfs that make up the capo are Cap-able regardless of level.
The don would then intervene once the capo is lost for low level players as per usual, a message such as "the don didn't protect the player you hit as they need to learn to hold their own before running an area"
Good idea, surely an easy way to fix it 👍

This is stupid. By setting a restriction on capo in any way you limit people with different strategies. Everyone doesn't go for punching codes, nor does everyone go for holding alot of turf or level up. There are several playstyles, and if I want to bring is rural capo titles I should be able to even though I might be lvl 4 noob with 8 mobs and 2 turf.
IF SOMEONE STRONGER EANTS THE TITLE THEY CAN JUST TAKE IT! 😲 -
