In realtime.
Come up with some arbitrary # that won't bog down the system so that people can
see in realtime (or when they go to their list) when their ally/enemy is online. This will help with planning for vendettas, etc.

We're looking into implementing something like this in the future - sort of like a "favorites/least favorites" list.
