What do you think if there was a button on the fight list at the bottom of the page to spring you back up to the top and then maybe refresh also... My fingers are tired... :)

To go to the top of any page double tap on the title bar (on the fight page where it says "Fight" at the top for example.). On the turf page tapping the title bar will return you to your current position.

It works on the map as well. Actually it works with just about any page 😏
