Laughing gas loot. Usable on turfs. It disables all upgrades on the turf but doesn't disable defensive upgrades. You can't undo is unless you have the antidote (i can't think of a name of an antidote). You can still cap the turf but it is much harder (150% more inf than the normal turf)
It reduces the inf to 1 for a random amount of time between 24 and 48 hours.
You loot one at a time
The laughing gas is rare, antidote is also rare
Basicly if someone pisses you off and you want to lower their income, you use laughing gas.

Or a different name instead of "laughing gas"

It's a cool idea but there's too much going on. You have the laughing gas loot, antidote loot, disabled upgrades, increased defene. It wouldn't work. Try simplify it.

Who uses defensive upgrades? You can throw that part out. I don't like that the inf is reduced for such a long time - basically that means you can't heal it. I don't understand the combination of using something that would disable all the inf but would make it harder to cap. Being harmful & helpful at the same time is odd.

Update: no defensive upgrades stay up. Still disables upgrades for between 12-24 hours (shorter) but only works for one turf. Still cappable (i guess). Maybe has 1/2 of the origional inf when you try to cap it? Suggestions please...

Ok... But like mystery said, why would it be harder to capture? What would be the point of using it then? Idk anyone who uses defencive upgrades. If you do then haha you're being cheated out of your income. So all in all this loot really doesn't make sense and yea. Try to simplify it

Ok can can cap it regular. No antidote youcan't stop it. Used to lower income/make turf easier to cap. Sound good?

Wouldn't make it easier to cap. It takes the same number of attacks to cap a 1inf or a 100inf. As turf has 100 health.
