Novelty Turf

I really like that I could place turf while traveling to obscure places. Instant capo of an island all alone... Sucks!
Help, I don't want to tear down and loose it but it will probubly never be useful and takes up precious turf limit. Any suggestions.

I used to have a bunch of random capo titles too but ended up tearing some down since they could never make money or be involved in real gameplay. Having a list of many capo titles of random small towns where no one is playing... It's not worth it.
