This is just helping the rich people get stronger and making it very hard for the poorer people to get a good defense. I have all miniguns now how am I to afford buying lapua with that kinds of price tag an upkeep? It's making the rich stronger and the poor weaker.

The lapua only adds one point. There is still a strong defensive slant present as long as you have the minis. You should be fine. At least you have something to work toward

But if youre at the point where you cannot yet afford RPGs AND minis, the lapua makes a damned good alternative as single weapon. Better defense than the mini. Not quite as strong as the rpg in attacks, but having only lapyas is 350/hr upkeep as opposed to the 750/hour of the rpg/mini combo.
