A new tool could be a crew. It could be a onetime cost of $10 million. The crew could travel in a 200 mile radius and the price would include thr cost of a new turf and a bribe to the local capo you want to have your crew muscle into and drop that turf. You stll have to pay thr cost of the turf, and the bribe would go to the local capo. Another tool as part of the crew could be a car, you need to buy the car or some type of transportation for the crew, before they can travel.

Might be decent loot items maybe but they should nit be buyable with ingame cash or don points.
