Ok, idk if the support team is being swampednor what but they've been lagging it lately. So I'm suggesting a regular player based support team. Their identity will be concealed and they must be able to write correctly and not text style. They must be knowledgable of the gameplay and TOS and they will gain access to unanswered questions that support team have not answered. Players using this to their advantage will be banned no regular players in the support team can ban ppl just flag ppl for the support team to look at and their reasons why. Any misuse of any kind will not only result in a banishment from the team but a temporary ban from the game as well. A day for little offenses up to a month for bigger ones. Anything else you want to add, feel free to but that's basicly the blue prints of my idea.

Don't know about the banning part, but for answering questions, groovy.
To answer a question, you wouldn't need the name of the player asking, so it could be anonymous for them, too.

That's what I said. But the banning would encourage them to not abuse their title

I think I could become one. Been playing since 09 seen the changes read the TOS after mystery encouraged me to see all the rule breaking around. So I could become one. Of course I won't be strict as hell and flag everyone but I would know what to do.
